Dear
Friends of the Constitutional Republic,
When our friend
Michael Goza in Oakland, Tennessee, writes a
letter-to-the-editor, it makes more sense than everything
else on the editorial page combined. An example of what I'm
talking about which I wanted to share with you is the
following letter he wrote recently to the "Fayette County
Review." Excellent, Mike! God bless you for writing it.
I am writing in response to Robert McGowans commentary
(March 8th, 2006) "Protect A Woman's Right To Choose."
You state in your commentary Mr. McGowan that you have a
"firm belief in the woman's right to choose" and "your views
have not changed." "You were pro-choice then, and continue
to be, strongly pro-choice."
First of all, your views, or mine, do not matter in the
least. Each and every one of us should ask "What does God
think?" Does he support the murder of our unborn children
under any circumstances? I believe the answer to that is
obvious.
You complain that "we live in a society that promotes and
approves promiscuity. Along with accessible drugs and
alcohol, we have soap operas, X-rated movies and videos,
etc." Can you not see that these are the precise judgments
of God upon a nation that is in rebellion to Him? Unless
true Christians begin to stand and take back this nation in
the name of Christ and occupy until He comes, we will
continue to receive His judgment upon our nation.
Christians must become involved in every aspect of
society. We must be on a constant quest for truth and
righteousness. We must become involved politically. We must
throw off the lie of separation of church and state. God is
the absolute authority over all civil governments. We must
withdraw our support of those that are in rebellion to God.
Planned Parenthood, the largest baby-killing conglomerate
in the world, which has received more taxpayer money under
President Bush than it did under Bill Clinton, will continue
to rake in record profits. Thanks to President Bush's Title
X of the Public Health Service Act in 2001, Planned
Parenthood raked in a hefty $36.6 million in profit last
year. So much for those that believe the rhetoric of Bush
being "pro-life." Watch not what our politicians say. Watch
what they do. More often than not they are in contradiction
to one-another.
The prophet Isaiah warned that when we have civil leaders
who continue to do every form of evil that they will have
"blood on their hands". But, he also warned that for us to
continue to elect such civil leaders, or fail in removing
them, and to stand against evil, that the "blood is on our
hands" as well, and that God would turn His face away from
our prayers. Isaiah 1:15. James 4:17 also emphasizes the
principle. "Anyone, then, who knows the good he ought to do
and doesn't do it, sins".
Hosea 4:7 says that "My people are destroyed for the lack
of knowledge." We've strayed as a nation and a people so far
from Biblical truth and sound doctrine that when someone
does live in obedience to Christ in modern day America they
are looked at as strange or out of touch. Christians should
pride themselves on being different from this wicked society
in which we live. We should daily stand in rebuke of it. It
is because of a lack of knowledge that we have allowed this
nation to become the moral and political cesspool that it is
today.
There is the beginnings of an awakening in this nation. A
window of opportunity if you will. We as Christians must
stand now. Become involved, and occupy until He comes. South
Dakota has led the way. The state legislatures of Ohio,
Indiana, Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee are poised to
follow. Let our representatives hear from you. Demand that
they stop the murder of our unborn now!
Also, we must begin to fervently pray II Chronicles 7:14.
"If My people which are called by My name, shall humble
themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their
wicked ways; then I will hear from Heaven, and will forgive
their sin, and will heal their land."
Otherwise, the only thing necessary for the murder of our
unborn children to continue, is for good men and women to do
nothing.
For God, Family and the Republic,
Michael A. Peroutka
